“How It Works” (Installation Guide)
Installation is designed to be “Plug & Play” for existing Red Winch owners:

Remove: Unscrew the ring of six M3 x 30mm CAP head screws.

Swap: Pull the manual freespool assembly out and slide the new Air Freespool assembly into the winch body.

Connect: Wire the solenoid to your electrical system (12V or 24V) and connect your vehicle’s compressed air supply.

Go: Experience the freedom of remote-controlled recovery.

Installation to the winch is a simple case of removing the ring of Qty 6 – M3 x 30mm CAP head screws and pulling the freespool assembly from the winch body and replacing it with the air freespool assembly. The air solenoid will need a compressed air supply of 70psi / 5bar minimum.
