Quick change gear ratio sets for the KING COBRA

Thanks to the unique design of the KING COBRA , it is quick and easy to change the gear ratio in the KING COBRA. These kits contain the two gear assemblies required to change to a faster and lower pulling capacity or a more powerful pulling capacity, but with a reduced line speed.

To change the gears,

  • Remove the Qty 13 – M5 SKT CP HEAD bolts from around the gearbox cover.
  • Remove the gearbox cover
  • Remove the top and middle gear assemblies
  • Replace the top and middle gear assemblies with replacement parts
  • Refit the gearbox cover

The average time to make this change to the gear ratio is approximately 15 minutes.
