This SVR Product is designed and manufactured from high grade billet aluminium in our own UK machine shop. CNC machined to within 0.05mm tolerances to ensure the very best quality, repeatability and longevity.
The finish we have purposefully chosen is a ceramic coating, called Cerakote.
Unlike anodising which is effected by many things like UV, Chemicals and is easily mechanically damaged, Cerakote offers the next level of performance as a finishing treatment.
Cerakote is a high-performance, thin-film liquid ceramic and polymer coating applied to our SVR products for extreme durability, corrosion resistance, and finish.
Key Characteristics
- Thickness: Extremely thin, typically measuring 1 to 2 mils (25 to 50 microns), which adds protection without adding bulk
- Durability: Offers superior resistance to scratching, chipping, chemicals, and UV fading compared to standard paints and traditional coatings
- Temperature Resistance: Certain formulations can withstand extreme thermal ranges up to 1,800°F, making it ideal for engine parts and exhausts

For longevity and protection against the elements, UV and detergents, we have chosen to apply a special ceramic coating that we have developed in collaboration with our finisher. For the conditions and environments your vehicle is driven through each and every year, and importantly, the quality you expect from our brand, we chose not to use anodising. This is a UV-stable and very durable coating that will keep your investment and vehicle looking superb for many many years
