Full Terms & Conditions - Competition

1. The Promoter: The promoter is RED Winches Ltd, Furnham Industrial Estate, Chard, Somerset, TA20 1DA.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of RED Winches and their close relatives.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Entry is made by commenting a design/quote on the competition post. One entry per person is permitted. 
4. Intellectual Property: By submitting a design or quote, the entrant grants RED Winches a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, print, and reproduce the design for commercial purposes. The entrant confirms the design is their own original work and does not infringe on third-party copyrights. 
5. The Prize: The prize is one (1) T-shirt featuring the winner's submitted design. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on Creativity/Originality within 7 days of the closing date.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified via Direct Message from the official @REDWinches account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select a runner-up.
8. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability: RED Winches is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues.
10. Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
