By submitting this claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Warranty Period: This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover faults caused by:

Incorrect installation or wiring.

Misuse, overloading, or neglect.

Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., synthetic ropes, cables, and brake pads).

Submersion in water or mud without following the required maintenance intervals.
Evaluation: All claims are subject to inspection. RED Winches reserves the right to repair or replace the component at our discretion. If a product is found to be functional or damaged through misuse, a diagnostic fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Liability: RED Winches is not responsible for any labour costs associated with the removal or re-installation of the product, nor any consequential loss or vehicle recovery costs.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our facility for inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
