To maintain our quality standards, we are transitioning our product line from traditional anodising to advanced Cerakote ceramic coatings. Here is why this shift offers superior durability, consistency, and environmental responsibility.

- Cerakote: Offers over 200 custom colour options. Because Cerakote adheres to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it serves as a universal protective finish for complex assemblies.
- Anodising: Severely restricted by the chemical baths required for the process. Anodising offers a limited colour palette and works exclusively on aluminium and titanium substrates.
To give your build a distinct look right out of the box, we have selected a core palette of five standard colours: Red, Black, Flat Dark Earth, Titanium, and Blue.

- Cerakote: Ensures a uniform finish across every part regardless of alloy grade. With a colour fastness standard held, components machined from different material batches match seamlessly, drastically reducing part reject rates and quality control delays.
- Anodising: Highly unpredictable. Subtle variations in metal composition or acid bath chemistry cause noticeable batch-to-batch colour variance that cannot be controlled during production.
- Anodising: Based on the environment, conditions and even the country the product is being used in, the dye and surface finish can be effected. Especially when exposed to some of the modern chemicals used for cleaning vehicles.

- Cerakote: Formulated without heavy metals, Cerakote is fully VOC-compliant and meets strict international environmental benchmarks, including REACH, RoHS, and Proposition 65 standards.
- Anodising: Relies on aggressive acid solutions and chemical baths, generating hazardous industrial waste that requires heavy wastewater treatment and costly disposal protocols.
