I have been running Red Winches for 10yrs on my various off roaders - I have had two hornet 1s a Cobra and now run two hornet 500s - In that time the winches have been reliable throughout, they go back each year for their service at Red Winches and come back within a few days all prepped ready for another years worth of extreme challenges. It has got to the point where I don’t even touch the winches between events as there is just no need to do so; the current Hornet 500’s I have had for 6 years I haven’t even seen the inside off.  

The reason I chose Red Winches and continue to do so is the level of engineering involved in the design which then proves itself in the power, reliability, and presentation of the product. The air brake was a game changer for me in the challenge scene making the winches so much easier to use than my previous ones and the Ox motors provide a huge amount of power and reliability. Overall they have always exceeded my high expectations on all their products.
