Take full control of your winch safety with the Albright Heavy-Duty Single Pole Isolator. Designed to replace cumbersome manual “kill switches,” this unit allows you to isolate or activate your winch power with a single flick of a button on your dashboard.
Forget mounting bulky manual isolators near the driver’s seat. These compact, high-performance units can be installed anywhere on your vehicle and are activated via a 12V signal through small-gauge wiring.
Please Note: These units are currently only available in the 12V DC signal version. Before adding to your basket, you must configure your Winch Isolator below to select the correct internal mechanism for your setup.

Choose Your Configuration:
Option 1: Non-Latching (Standard)
The most straightforward setup for instant power control.

Operation: Requires a constant 12V signal to the 8mm spades to remain in full contact.

Safety Feature: As soon as the 12V signal is removed, the isolator automatically kills the power, breaking the circuit.

Switching: Compatible with a standard 2-way ON/OFF switch.

Technical Note: This model is not compatible with our DP/DT rocker switches.
Option 2: Latching (Magnetic / Zero-Draw)
The ultimate solution for battery preservation and efficiency.

Operation: Features an internal magnet that “latches” the switch into position.

Zero Power Draw: Once the state has been changed, it draws no power to remain ON or OFF. It only requires a brief pulse to switch.

Polarity Switching: Requires the 12V polarity on the 8mm spades to be reversed to change its state.

Required Hardware: This isolator must be used with a DP/DT (Double Pole/Double Throw) rocker switch.
